En collaboration avec des personnes expertes, nous venons de r\u00e9diger le troisi\u00e8me rapport de tendance. Celui-ci esquisse comment la flexibilisation a modifi\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et le march\u00e9 du travail. De plus, nous montrons dans le rapport quelles sont les perspectives qui en d\u00e9coulent pour la formation continue. Finalement, nous y posons des questions aux actrices et aux acteurs de la formation continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du \u00abSalon\u00bb, vous aurez l\u2019occasion de discuter et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux perspectives et aux questions formul\u00e9es dans le rapport de tendance \u00e0 partir de votre propre pratique. Dans le cadre d\u2019une d\u00e9marche cr\u00e9ative commune, nous pourrons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux \u00e9volutions, discuter de nouvelles voies, remettre en question les habitudes, nous enthousiasmer pour des perspectives et chercher des exemples de bonnes pratiques. Vous aurez l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer et de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la fin du \u00abSalon\u00bb, un ap\u00e9ro sera offert et permettra d\u2019\u00e9changer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 18h30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement est gratuit. La date limite d\u2019inscription est le 15 juin 2023 et le nombre de places est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 30 personnes.
