The transition from stressful everyday life to creative thinking was facilitated by the new TRANSIT card game \u201cQuestions for the Future\u201d (which are available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/alice.ch\/de\/dienstleistungen\/publikationen-und-produkte\/praxistools\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SVEB Shop<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Input<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinktank-transit.ch\/starting-from-the-impact-to-think-differently-about-flexibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Assa\u00e2d El Akremi<\/a> from the University of Toulouse and active in organisational behaviour, presented the growing issues and challenges of flexibilisation, reflecting on several levels and dimensions. Among the many opportunities that flexibility can bring, a reflection on the learning organisation and new learning modalities were put forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thinktank-transit.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/YlB2_korrigiert-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-831\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibilisation in adult education?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no doubt that processes of flexibilisation in society are underway. And the way in which they influence the future of adult education was discussed in small groups working on the basis of personas, for example, concerning the first level of life courses: \u201cIn 2040, the individual is flexible in his or her life choices and has developed resilience in the face of multiple rapid changes. Our Persona has developed skills of adaptation, agility and flexibility: What are the positive and what are the negative impacts on our Persona?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can we train and teach our persona to maximise the positive impacts and reduce the negative impacts?\u201d The results of the discussions were recorded in words and pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-2ffb0d1c-597a-4af4-a0a5-9b5ecf5aae4c\" href=\"https:\/\/thinktank-transit.ch\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/06\/Fotoprotokoll-TRANSIT-22-Romandie.pdf\">Photo protocol TRANSIT Romandie<br \/>PDF &#8211; 1 Mo<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/thinktank-transit.ch\/app\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/06\/Fotoprotokoll-TRANSIT-22-Romandie.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-2ffb0d1c-597a-4af4-a0a5-9b5ecf5aae4c\">Photo protocol<br \/>PDF &#8211; 1 Mo<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thinktank-transit.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/YlB3-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-832\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The findings of the events in the three language regions will be incorporated into the \u201cFlexibilisation\u201d trend report, planned for autumn 2022. The trend report will also be developed in a collaborative process. Some participants have already expressed an interest in participating in the reflection and review of the trend report.
