Retour sur l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement du 21 octobre \u00e0 Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLa formation continue doit rester neutre\u00bb Ou bien: \u00abLa formation continue doit prendre position\u00bb. O\u00f9 vous situez-vous ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est par cette question que s\u2019est ouvert l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement TRANSIT du 21 octobre. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, il est apparu qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas de r\u00e9ponses univoques, que cela d\u00e9pendait du contexte et que de nouvelles questions \u00e9mergeaient. La formation continue peut-elle r\u00e9ellement \u00eatre neutre? Son propre comportement ne fait-il pas obstacle \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion ouverte sur des points de vue divergents? Etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement (\u00e0 Zurich le 14.09 et \u00e0 Lausanne le 21.20), TRANSIT a lanc\u00e9 son nouveau th\u00e8me central: \u00abPolarisation et coh\u00e9sion sociale\u00bb. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper une compr\u00e9hension commune de la polarisation, de recueillir des id\u00e9es pour le prochain rapport de tendances et de cr\u00e9er un espace de r\u00e9flexion inspirant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les dimensions de la polarisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En introduction, nous avons d\u00e9fini ce que le think tank TRANSIT entend par \u00abpolarisation\u00bb, \u00e0 savoir un processus social dans lequel les diff\u00e9rences entre les groupes, les milieux de vie et les interpr\u00e9tations se marquent davantage ou se figent. La polarisation n\u2019est pas en soi probl\u00e9matique. Elle le devient lorsqu\u2019elle entrave la compr\u00e9hension, affaiblit les points de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence communs ou contribue \u00e0 des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de chances dans la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour TRANSIT, la question centrale est donc de savoir quel r\u00f4le la formation continue peut jouer pour que les diff\u00e9rences sociales ne conduisent pas \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion, \u00e0 la d\u00e9valorisation ou \u00e0 un blocage de la compr\u00e9hension, mais renforcent au contraire la participation et la coh\u00e9sion. TRANSIT se concentre sur quatre dimensions dans le cadre de ce nouveau th\u00e8me central: politique, \u00e9conomique, sociale et technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entretien avec Johanna Hornung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s cette introduction, Johanna Hornung, Professeure en sciences politiques \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne et sp\u00e9cialiste des politiques publiques, a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 nos questions dans le cadre d\u2019un entretien passionnant qui sera bient\u00f4t publi\u00e9 en int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 sur le site web de TRANSIT. Ella a notamment abord\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions et concepts autour de la polarisation, le r\u00f4le complexe de la science dans les d\u00e9cisions des politiques publiques, cela \u00e0 l\u2019appui de nombreuses recherches auxquelles elle a particip\u00e9, que ce soit au sujet du COVID-19, du service militaire ou du changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">World Caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuxi\u00e8me partie \u00e9tait organis\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019un \u00abWorld Caf\u00e9\u00bb o\u00f9, suite \u00e0 l\u2019intervention de Johanna Hornung, les participantes et participants ont discut\u00e9 des enjeux pour la formation continue depuis leur contexte et r\u00e9alit\u00e9 professionnelle. Quels r\u00f4les peut jouer la formation continue, pour que la polarisation soit utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re productive et ne devienne pas probl\u00e9matique? Quelles sont les implications et les perspectives pour la formation continue? Voil\u00e0 notamment les questions auxquelles elles et ils ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et d\u00e9battu en lien avec les diff\u00e9rents domaines. Les discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9es et les feuilles coll\u00e9es sur les tables se sont rapidement remplies de mots-cl\u00e9s, de fl\u00e8ches, de questions et de contre-questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perspectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es au prochain rapport de tendances TRANSIT. Elles montrent d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 que la polarisation, et les clivages qui en d\u00e9coulent, constituent un enjeu majeur pour la formation continue. Il est \u00e9galement apparu clairement que la formation continue ne peut pas simplement dissiper les tendances \u00e0 la polarisation et les clivages.
